Dishwashers

A dishwasher install means a clean water connection, a properly looped drain to the disposal or air gap, a level and secured cabinet mount, and a leak test. Old houses often have a missing shutoff valve or a mismatched supply line, so we carry both.

Over-the-range microwaves

These hang from a wall bracket and a top plate through the cabinet, and both have to hit framing or rated anchors. We set the height for the range clearance the manufacturer specifies, wire the vent for recirculating or ducted exhaust, and confirm the outlet is in the cabinet above.

Wall ovens, ranges and washer/dryers

Wall ovens must fit the cutout and be supported on a level shelf before the trim screws go in. Electric ranges and dryers get the right 3- or 4-prong cord installed. Washers are leveled and connected with new braided hoses; dryers get rigid or semi-rigid vent, never foil.
